I gather from the web site that after filing the Application under RTI with the Public information officer of the office of Deputy Registrar at Thane , in case of no reply within 30 days then the appeal is to be made to the First Appellate authority being the Court of Co-operative Housing Societies, Thane . I have not got the complete address hence the request to provide the same.
