Got the views of Mr.I.C.Naik thru ur mail dt.30th Sept.2015 in response of my mail dt.4th April,2015.Grateful for the same.
Earnest request from a ailing Sr./Citizen to have legal views on the following early:-(1)Reg.requirement of unconditional consent from all 320 members towards extension.(2) Will sec.441 I.P.C.be a bar to such extension without having consent from all.(3)Is there any judgement of Supreme Court in such case or similar such cases.If,there are ,then I may kindly be favoured with the xerox copies of those judgements by courier post.I will bear the total cost in advance thru NEFT on hearing from ur end & getting S.B.A/C No.& name,name of bank & branch,IFS Code etc as required.
