Cosmos e-Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd., which is Cosmos Bank’s owned subsidiary, recently declared dividend at the rate of 100 % for the Financial Year 2014-15. Cosmos e-Solutions, which is operational since 2007 has till last year declared dividend at the rate of 15 %.
Due to their excellent business in the FY 2014-15 they have been able to declare dividend at rate of 100 % informed Cosmos e-Solution’s Chairman – Sunil Sabnis and Director Dr. Mukund Abhyankar.
Cosmos e-Solutions develops, supports and maintains various software solutions related to Banks and offers services of software support to more than 25 Banks and Financial Institutions.
The Board of Directors comprise of eminent and expert personalities from various professions having proficient approach towards formation of business strategies.
Managing Director, Cosmos e-Solutions, Vasant Manwadkar informed that, Infosys has appointed Cosmos e-Solutions as the Finacle Implementation partner and strategic alliance agreement in that regard has been executed recently.
Manwadkar also informed that recently Cosmos e-Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd., with the collaboration of IT Shastra, has developed a new software called “RX office AML” which is available in the market.
