I am from Maharashtra and member of bassien catholic co-opretive bank ltd.vasai a scheduled bank in maharashtra.
After 97th amendment Maharashtra state amended MCS act 1960 (amended2013) and thereafter our bank bye-laws after that state co-operative election authority , Pune has taken charge of election in Maharashtra state for co-operative society election.
In the month of May and June 2015 our bank election took place and in the wake of various mistake and illegal act, I am challenging the whole election in co-operative court Thane under sec 91.please guide me more as it is 1st election after 97th amendment.

Except “Rejection of nomination paper at the election to a committee of any society” all election Disputes can be referred to Cooperative Court. So your decision is correct.
