I am a member of Kamat Cassic IV cooperative Housing Ltd. Caranzalem, Panjim-Goa.
I have been requesting the society to accept nomination form which they are refusing. Please let me know what action can be taken to resolve this issue.

The Committee has to show defect in the nomination form. If they do not do it in a month’s time write to the Registrar to order the Secretary to accept the Nomination.
