Sir i am arvind d/o surinder singh saini resident of kalka distt panchkula. Actually we had taken loan of Rs 50000/- from cooperative society 20 years back.. my father had timely paid all instalments.. in 2006 we had altogether paid an amount of 35000 thereby closing our account.. but we are not getting Noc and our documents(registry). Today when i went to check the details of our account in sec 2 panchkula, i was freezed to come across the fact that the amount paid by us was not deposited in our account and outstanding amount is about 5 lakhs.
Please guide us what should we do. Looking forward for your prompt reply.

Let the Bank send a demand Notice and thereafter you challenge it and submit your evidences. Let them proceed as a Creditor to get the loan paid off by you.
