Please resolve my following queries:
1.The net non performing assets of CKP bank, as on date.
2.The net NPAs ratio to the total advances of the bank as on date.
3.Whether recovery measures, have been initiated by CKP bank, relating to the recovery of the Bank’s dues, pertaining to its branches, with the Commissioner for Co-operation and Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Maharashtra State, Pune. If so, the present status.
4.Whether requisite recovery measures, in all stressed accounts by taking legal recourse and any other recovery measures wherever warranted have been initiated.
5.Whether there is continuous recovery follow up ? 6. Whether lodging of FIR is done vis a vis the culprits of the Lokpuram scam at the Thane Police Station as communicated by the management on 2nd June 2015.
What is the reason for the inordinate delay? Is the Criminal Procedure Code not applicable to employees of Cooperative banks? Please respond to my queries, as it extremely difficult to obtain this vital information.
