I am from Mumbai Maharashtra. Recently society has sent me bill for amount of Rs. 3 lack towards major repair fund for my flat. In this connection I have written several letters to the society to supply information n notice approved resolution basis of charging major repair fund but not supply then I lodged several complaint to the dy /district /joint register but they also failed to take action against society. In our society there are 11 flats + 6 shops + 2garages total membership is 19 n society has divided major repair fund between 11 flats +6 shops only please advice me should I pay 3 the lacs to the society as per so called bill issued to me what can I do now. I am waiting for your reply.
