My name is Mr.U.B.Patel – Resident of Maharashtra State. My age is 60 year (Sr.Citizen)
I am a middle class person and I am victim of highhandedness of our society’s managing committee members past 16 years. I am in a process to lodge a complaint with Dy.Registrar, Mumbai city, Maharashtra state.
I know that in today’s world nobody gives his specialized advise for free, but I am taking a chance & hoping that you will spare your valuable time for me and give me your valuable advise on society matter.
I have prepared a draft complaint letter pointing out the various illegal actions taken by MCM of my society and seeking the dismissal of entire managing committee. I simply presented the TRUTH in my complaint.
Request you to plz through the draft letter attached and I am seeking you specialized advise on followings:-
1] is the draft correctly prepared ?
2] is there any weak point in my complaint which can weaken my case ? i should either remove it ?
3] Do you think that my main 4 points out of 6 points will be resolved in my favour ?
