A AGM has been scheduled whereas financial year is yet to be closed. Kindly guide whether another is as per rule which stipulate agm after close of financial year

In a year there is always one AGM – other meetings of general body of members are called special General Meeting. So if a meeting is called before the close of the year but after 30th September it could still be AGM to consider accounts of the previous cooperative year.
