Sir, in Ballia (UP) a no confidence motion was moved against a chairman of PACS. DM of Ballia fixed the date of meeting for no confidence notice was served to every member of the compete within time but on the date of meeting due to lack of quorums no motion was moved against the chairman.
In this case what will happen, can the member demand another meeting on the same notice or the member have to give fresh notice to the DM for another no confidence motion! Please advise me as soon as possible .I will be very grateful to you.

It depends on the Provision in Bye Laws. But in most cases such lapsed motion for want of quorum can be brought up once again after 6 months.
