I am a member of Kishor Darshan Co-Operative Housing Society residing in flat K/5/101 & the Society Registration No. Bom/Hsg/5477 of 1978. Could I have the list of members who where there when this society got registered in 1978 as per By-laws of Maharashtra government Housing Act?

Write to the Secretary of the Society under signature of Dinesh shah for a certified copy of the list. The Society will ask you to deposit an amount which will be appropriated to cost of making copies of the list. This right is provided under the Act as well as under Bye laws.
