At present, there are two panel elected- one have 8 members and other have 5 member. During election of managing committee, is it possible that our panel of 5 elected candidates get the chances one of post like president, secretary or treasurer? What is roll of our panel in managing committee?

Managing Committee of elected member is one. There is no concept pf Panel. The Elected Members elect Chairman Secretary out of all members elected to Committee.
