Was browsing the site indiancooperative.com to find information on CHS, I live in Pune and our society is yet to be formed. Need your help in understanding few questions:-
1.Can 2 members of society hold the position of Joint Secretary?
2.If a person holds two flat in two different societies, can he become Secretary of one of the society?

Secretary’s position as per Bye Laws is only 1.
There is no bar in becoming Secretary when a person is member or even office bearer in other CHS
