My mother took 20 yrs loan Rs 125000 from Sahakari Awas Nirman Evam Vitt Nigam Ltd.Lucknow through Milasko Sahakari Awas Samiti Ltd Agra U.P. in the year 1993. She deposited quarterly installments to Sangh through Samiti for three yrs. Samiti has not deposited same installments on her behalf to Sangh.
After that She deposited Rs 338261 till 2008 directly to Sangh for fifteen years. Sangh issued NO DUES CERTIFICATE with the condition, Samiti NOC is also required for the release of property papers, but Samiti is not issuing NOC to mother, Sir please suggest me how to proceed to get these papers.
