Sachin Thombare
There is a member in our society who has become a nuisance to one and all. He was the secretary of the first committee of the society but was made to resign due to his performance and behaviour. He has now found a place in the present committee and continuously harasses the office holders.
He abuses the maintenance staff and the security staff of the building. He has been recorded (audio only) abusing members and office bearers of the society.
The entire atmosphere of our society has been polluted because of this person.
Kindly let me know what remedies are available to society members and what is the strictest action possible against this person?

This is a criminal issue and not a cooperative issue. Make a police complaint if he has violated any IPC.
