NCUI’s final list of delegates for the 16th March election is finally out. The eligible voters numbering roughly 150 are going to elect 21 directors from among themselves. Several names from the earlier list of 13th February have been omitted as they failed to either clear dues or submit the relevant papers. Lakhan Lal Sahu is gone as none of his petitions or pleadings could cut ice with the returning officer Mr V P Singh. Ashok Dabas has survived so far.
