Please let me know the procedure for registering housing society. Our society is already registered in Baroda-Gujarat but it was group of 5 societies. No annual meetings are held since last ten years. I want to re register our society.

Existing Society cannot be registered again. For irregularities easier course is to meet the Dy Registrar and apprise him of the irregularities he will take necessary actions and will bring round the Society to a level you want to see in the re-registered society.
