I am the secretary of my society. I find hard to meet the increasing expenses of security, water, electricity and other overheads. I suggested a hike in maintenance to level the burden. My committee members told me to check the existing rate of charge per square feet before implementing the hike.
Our society doesn’t have lift, swimming pool, club house etc. It is an old society built in early nineties.
