The fertilizer co-operative giant IFFCO had its quarterly performance review on Monday at its headquarters in Delhi. Heads of different units were present in the meeting.
We hold our quarterly meeting where every department presents its performance reports. Heads and account heads of all the IFFCO plants spread across the country come on this occasion to Delhi, said an Iffco official.
The Managing Director Dr U S Awasthi presided over the meeting. The meeting lasted for the whole day. At the end of the meeting MD tweeted: ”# IFFCO had its quarterly meeting on performance reviews. Our people have started taking things for granted. We have to reengineer ourselves.”
Later talking to Indian Cooperative G N Saxena , Director of cooperative development at IFFCO said the aim of the meeting is to asses ourselves and see if a change is required in strategy in order to achieve the goal. The meeting sometimes lasts for two days, he added.
