We live in CHS Ltd, our committee does not look into society matter, neither do they call for SGM or bother to solve any member’s problem. In this case what can we do as society members?
How can we dissolve the committee?

Assuming CHS is registered in Maharashtra. 1/3 or more Members of the Committee can request the Register in writing to call a special Committee Meeting to consider just one business of No Confidence motion. Registrar will send someone to preside over the meeting and if 2/3 or more members support the motion, Committee is dissolved.
After this Registrar will send his officer to run your Society.
