My society (MUKTIMANGAL) has only 27 bunglows in which 20 members are ready to sell ou their bunglows but other members are not ready.
So what are the solutions?

For selling THE BUNGLOWS the managing committee has to approve applications for transfer of THE BUNGLOWS and application for buyers to become members of the society. So how does it matter if a few members are not ready to sell their BUNGLOWS. It is the individual owner’s wish to continue or to take exit.
