The Goa State Cooperative Bank Limited is a Multi state Coop Society and has its head office at GOA. I desire to address a notice under section 115 of the Multi State Coop Societies Act in respect of a dispute with the said Goa State Coop Bank Ltd. Can you please inform me the address of the Central Registrar of Coop Societies to whom I have to address this notice?
