Today I visited a “Health City” project by “Health and Family welfare Department Employees House building co-operative society Ltd”.
The planned layout is on the proposed 330 feet IVC Road. They are selling different dimensions plot for 640 per sq feet.
We would like to find the authenticity of this Housing society. The registration number is AR/41/MKT/RGN/12239/86-87.
Could you please guide us on how to know if the housing society is genuine or not?

File an application under RTI with the Registrar of the ward where the society is registered. You will get what ever is there on record of the Registrar.Application fee is Rs 10 and if you merely ask for certified copy of registration that should not cost you any extra amount.
