The Ministry of Cooperation and Tribhuvan Sahakari University are organising the Final National-Level Consultation on Convergence and Validation of the National Cooperative Training Framework (NCTF) at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, on November 4, 2026.
Union Minister of State for Cooperation Krishan Pal Gurjar will attend the consultation as the Chief Guest. The meeting will bring together key stakeholders to deliberate on strengthening cooperative education, training, capacity building and institutional coordination across the country.
In a Facebook post, Satish Marathe, former RBI Central Board Director, said he had reached Delhi to participate in the workshop aimed at formalising the NCTF.
He said the initiative would be implemented nationwide across all cooperative sectors, with the active involvement of institutions such as the National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT), National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI), LINAC and BIRD.
The framework is expected to promote a skilled, empowered and professionally equipped cooperative workforce, contributing to the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat.
