A delegation from the National Cooperative Dairy Federation of India (NCDFI), comprising Gowthaman Selvaraj and Pravin Kumar, met C. Vijayalakshmi, Tamil Nadu Minister for Dairy Development, and briefed her on the federation’s activities and initiatives to strengthen dairy and allied cooperatives.
The discussion focused particularly on the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation (Aavin) and opportunities to enhance cooperation with the state’s dairy institutions.
NCDFI also highlighted the potential of its eMarket platform in promoting transparent, efficient and technology-driven trade across the cooperative dairy sector.
The federation expressed its gratitude to the Minister for her time and support, stating that it looks forward to further strengthening its engagement with the Tamil Nadu Government and its dairy cooperative institutions.
The initiative reflects NCDFI’s efforts to expand the reach of its digital trading platform and strengthen market linkages within the cooperative dairy ecosystem.
