NCUI Governing Council Member and Gujarat State Cooperative Union Chairman Ghanshyam Bhai Amin has extended heartfelt congratulations to IFFCO Chairman Dileepbhai Sanghani on his election to the Global Board of the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA).
Sanghani was elected as an At-Large Director for the 2026–2030 term at the ICA General Assembly held in Panama City on September 15.
In his congratulatory message, Amin described Sanghani’s election as a historic achievement and said it marks an important milestone for India’s cooperative movement. He noted that Sanghani’s presence on the ICA Global Board represents a significant achievement for India and will further strengthen the country’s voice in the global cooperative movement.
“His achievement is a matter of pride for the Indian cooperative sector,” Amin said, extending his best wishes to Sanghani for his new international responsibility.
Sanghani, a former NCUI President and current IFFCO Chairman, will serve on the ICA Global Board for the 2026–2030 mandate.
