Gujarat-based Kheda District Central Cooperative Bank (KDCC Bank) Chairman Tejaskumar B. Patel has been honoured with the prestigious Rashtriya Nirman Ratna Award – Cooperative Bank Development by the Global Achievers Council (GAC) for his contribution to cooperative banking, social service and nation-building.
The award recognises Patel’s development-oriented approach, leadership and efforts to strengthen the cooperative banking sector, particularly by serving farmers, customers and people in rural areas.
Under his leadership, KDCC Bank has been focusing on expanding modern banking services, accelerating digitalisation and strengthening the cooperative banking ecosystem. These initiatives aim to make banking services more accessible to rural communities while enhancing customer convenience.
The KDCC Bank Board, officials and employees congratulated Patel on the recognition and expressed confidence that the bank would achieve greater milestones under his leadership.
Speaking on the occasion, Patel said the award was not an individual achievement but the result of the collective efforts of the entire Board of Directors and KDCC Bank employees. He dedicated the honour to their hard work and commitment.
