IFFCO Chairman Dileep Sanghani held a series of important engagements in Oman, focusing on strengthening India-Oman relations and exploring new opportunities in the fertiliser and cooperative sectors.

Sanghani participated in the Board Meeting of Oman India Fertiliser Company (OMIFCO) in Muscat, where the company’s financial results for the first half of 2026 were reviewed in detail. He congratulated OMIFCO CEO Dr. Ahmed Al Marhoobi and his team for their outstanding performance and strong financial achievements.

During his Oman visit, Sanghani also met His Excellency Mulham Al Jarf, Deputy Chief of Investments at the Oman Investment Authority (OIA). Their discussions covered ways to further strengthen the historic ties between India and Oman, besides focusing on the supply of natural gas in Oman, expansion of the urea production plant and potential new investment opportunities.

Sanghani thanked the OIA for the invitation to explore possibilities for investment in Oman’s fertiliser and cooperative sectors. The engagements underline IFFCO’s interest in expanding cooperation with Oman and deepening strategic partnerships in fertiliser production, energy and investment.
