A Management Development Training Programme on Cooperative Law, Management & Accounting was successfully organised at the ADT Office in Bhawanipatna, Odisha providing an important capacity-building platform for members of cooperative societies.
The programme witnessed the enthusiastic participation of more than 50 members representing various cooperative institutions. The training featured interactive sessions covering key aspects of cooperative governance, legal compliance, financial management, accounting practices and strategies for sustainable institutional growth.
Resource persons highlighted the importance of transparency, accountability and sound management practices in ensuring the long-term success of cooperative societies.
Participants were also familiarised with evolving regulatory requirements and practical approaches to improving operational efficiency and member services.
