Bharat Taxi honoured its best-performing Sarathis from Rajasthan during the launch ceremony in Jaipur by presenting them with Share Certificates, recognising their outstanding dedication, commitment and exemplary service.

The certificates were presented by Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma in the presence of Union Minister of State for Cooperation Murlidhar Mohol, Ministry of Cooperation Secretary Dr Ashish Kumar Bhutani and other senior dignitaries.

The felicitation highlighted the unique cooperative model of Bharat Taxi, under which Sarathis are not merely drivers but shareholders and co-owners of the platform. By receiving share certificates, they gain a direct stake in the cooperative’s growth and are entitled to participate in its governance and share its profits.

The recognition reflects the Ministry of Cooperation’s vision of “Sahakar Se Samriddhi”, which seeks to empower individuals through cooperative ownership rather than conventional employment.

The ceremony also underscored Bharat Taxi’s commitment to rewarding excellence, encouraging professionalism and building a driver-centric mobility ecosystem that combines technology, dignity of labour and economic empowerment.

The initiative is expected to motivate more Sarathis to join the cooperative platform while strengthening the spirit of shared ownership and inclusive growth in the transport sector.
