Demonstrating its commitment to community welfare and road safety, Mizoram Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd. donated 320 traffic sleeveless reflective jackets worth Rs 4.48 lakh to the Aizawl Traffic Police on Tuesday.

The donation ceremony was held at the Conference Room of the Apex Bank Head Office. Chairman Lalnunsanga, on behalf of the bank, formally handed over the reflective jackets to C. Vanlalvena, Superintendent of Police (Traffic).

The initiative was aimed at recognizing and supporting the dedicated services rendered by the Aizawl Traffic Police, who work tirelessly to regulate traffic and ensure road safety across the city.

Speaking on the occasion, the bank reiterated its commitment to contributing to public welfare through meaningful social initiatives. The reflective jackets are expected to improve the visibility and safety of traffic personnel while performing their duties, particularly during adverse weather conditions and at night.
