I was elected Secretary unoppossed by election officer in Ambe niwas chs ltd Mahim 1w 40016after approving the votares list by appointed Administrater by Dy Reg g/n but there was arears to pay to society by me. However I have not received any bills or receipts and also any demand notice inspite of writing to Dy reg now dy reg have given order to me I cannot continue as secretary as I was defaulter at the time election 1. can Dy reg issue such order to disqulify elected secretoy.
2.Society has not issued bills or receipt for12 yrs in spite payment by cheque , one receipt received as mentainace received upto June 2011 in 2016the after receiving clerification and justification I made payment upto Sept19 How Dy reg has given order of removing from post of secretary only in the interest of one member ofMC who is defaulter for ₹ 71000/-pl as society has obtained stay against issuing Share cert for Garrage to non member of society that is reason ‘guide me to deal with such Dy reg g/n dy reg is taking action on wrong complaints filled
