Nilanga Taluka Aarogya Karmachari Sahakari Patsanstha Maryadit Nilanga registration no. LTR/ NGA/BNK/O/703/88 registered in Maharashtra state.
One of the members of credit society Mr. Santosh Rajaram Buye obtained loan by submitted false information and bogus documents and giving bribe to secretary of said society. While availing this loan he is already defaulter of many cooperative credit societies and financial institutions.
Asst. Registrar of coop secretary has given instruction to secretary that register FIR against Buye but he never registered FIR. Then we requested to AR register FIR but by accepting bribe from loanee and secretary he refused to register crime.
Now we approach to DDR but he is just wasting time in documentation. Please advise what can we do for registering FIR as soon as possible.
